3 Tips for your DIY Wedding Coffee Bar

For all your coffee-addict guests, (and really, who doesn’t like coffee? It’s a hug in a mug!) you’ll want a killer coffee bar nestled into your rockin’ reception. Here’s our top 3 things that every coffee bar should have.

  1. An AWESOME setup. Let it be known that there is coffee in da house. Find a central area that has easy access and plenty of room for guests to maneuver around. If your theme is nostalgic, keep your eyes out for antique coffee tins or vintage-inspired signs to draw attention. You want the perfect blend of beauty and bedlam.
  2. A FRESH supply. Keep it flowing, keep it fresh and don’t run out. (A couple of Keurigs with a barrage of pod options will do much better than traditional pots.)
  3. Plenty of OPTIONS. You can use monogrammed mugs (wedding favours maybe?) or disposable cups (with monogrammed sleeves) and also add espresso shot options, chocolate, cream, milk, sugar, sweetener, stir sticks, and any other sweet fixin’s you can think of. Here’s a fun DIY for mocha spoon stir sticks.
