The historic building, over 100 years old, certainly has had many upgrades and transformations to get to it’s current modern form as Hotel Ocho which includes a dozen boutique hotel rooms, a bar a restaurant and a private event space!

It caters to all clients from all walks of life and absolutely loves hosting weddings and events. The space is amazing and the staff exceptional. The space is artistically adorned by art from local talent and is consistently showcasing something new. My favourite thing about this venue, from a design perspective, is that it doesn’t need too much for décor, just some accents! This, of course, makes it ideal for the couple whose main focus it to bring friends and family together to celebrate with them in a stylish atmosphere.

This venue is perfect for a wedding of about 100-150 people and can easily house a ceremony, cocktail reception and sit-down dinner as a one-stop inclusive event that can also host overnight accommodations and an amazing honeymoon suite for the newlywed couple.

The last wedding I did there was exceptional. My Grooms’ and their families boasted about the food, drinks and service. From the great specialty drink selections to the choice of hors d’oeurves, everything is done with great care. Additionally the venue itself is flexible and open to new ideas and will always try to accommodate all the needs of the couple and their guests. As a top Toronto Wedding Venue, Hotel Ocho delivers.
