Leanna Villella is the owner and operator of Rose City Travel. In 1989, Leanna purchased the agency. She re-invented herself and the agency from a specialist in corporate travel to ecotourism, mission groups to leisure travel and unique luxury travel. In 2017, Leanna partnered with Tracy Wright. Tracy is an expert in River cruising and personalized European vacations and destination weddings.  Tracy, works very closely with all of our wedding couples to ensure that all their dreams become a reality!.
